The lady who took my call listened, was compassionate and efficient in that she called me back following triage with an appointment for me. At my appointment, (which was 15 minutes late) the doctor listened, examined and explained the tests I would be having. I am very satisfied with the outcome

Very prompt response, even though a different doctor she knew about my history and had prepared before my appointment. I was taken seriously and not felt rushed so I had time to talk things through properly. She did a thorough examination and further investigation, gave me some reading material and generally made me feel like I'd done the right thing coming in rather than being a burden or waste of time or complaining. The reception staff are always absolutely lovely and I always appreciate their conversation with me. The nurses are always absolutely lovely and I really appreciate them and all the staff there. The econsult is easy to use and get responses in a timely way. I really feel lucky to have Falkland as my Drs surgery.

Dr Lambert is such a considerate understanding & very supportive Dr. Always makes time for you & reassures you no matter what your circumstances are. Went above & beyond recently with my heart scare / anxiety & has helped me with further treatment such a lovely lady. Also Zoe the Nurse was so kind to me when having my ECG done while knowing I was so anxious & in pain another lovely lady.

I have been a patient at Falkland Surgery for 33 yrs. I have always found that the whole staff, doctors, paramedic, nurses and support staff have treated me with courtesy and respect. The treatment I have received has been excellent and I have marvelled at way they have worked through Covid and the shortage of doctors to maintain services.

I have been extremely impressed with the care we have received from Falklands. This is because, whenever I have contacted them in regards to a medical issue with my young child or myself I have received advice or treatment whether that is a phone call or an in-person appointment in an extremely prompt and knowledgeable manner. For example, recently my child had to spend a couple of nights in hospital however, it was thanks to Falklands for quickly seeing my child and picking up on the issue we were able to get this help.

Have been reasonably satisfied with how the practice has coped through Covid but would now like to be able to see my own doctor when I need an appointment and not one that the practice sets me up with. Falkland Surgery Team respond for people r mails and phones, take action straight away after online consultation. Team member will give explanation clear and sensible and will leave patient with hope that something will be provided for you. Ladies on the phone answer phone and are calm and kind. I was seen on the day I rang the surgery and was referred to the TIA clinic for a telephone consultation straight away. The registrar put me on aspirin immediately. I was impressed by the speed of response and that my symptoms were diagnosed so effectively. Everyone at the surgery treated me sympathetically and effectively.
